Return Policy
All standard items are eligible for returns and exchanges.
All items can be custom resized, when specified on the product page. Any ring that is resized or any product from a special custom order cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product is eligible for return, the customer must do so within 15 days, with the return shipping costs being at the customer's expense. The product must be returned in its original unworn box in perfect condition. In case of return, the product can be refunded or can be the subject of a credit note or an exchange.
